MCFII’s primary objective is to help the needy in Israel (financially) especially those who made Aliyah, so as to enable them to become financially independent.
We provide micro-loans to the Recipient for the purpose of:

The maximum amount of micro-loan is at US$5,000 per applicant.

MCFII’s primary Applicant’s profile is the Jew who has just made Aliyah.

MCFII’s Applicants’ businesses are the brick and mortar type of businesses. For example, bakery, hairdressing, fruit stores and so on.

MCFII collaborates with institutions (like government agencies, associations, ministries) and individuals to propose Applicants who need micro-credit funding. They are known as Proposers.

Based on the Proposers’ recommendations. MCFII will consider each application through prayers, a check-list, board’s counsel before issuing the micro-loan.

Once the micro-loan is issued, the recipient will repay the loan from the 7th month, on a monthly basis, including a nominal interest rate ( which is half the bank borrowing rate in Israel).

MCFII hopes that through the micro-loan, it will improve the applicants’ financial situations and enable them and their families to become financially independent .

The Proposer has to manage the funds disbursements for its intended purposes and provides MCFII with a regular report.
